“we have sent the original visa petition to the Department of State
National Visa Center, NVC processes all approved immigrant visa petitions
that need consular actions...."可是我现在是lawful H1b status在美国境内，我下
一步应该是递交I485而不是去境外大使馆约谈。我的问题是，我的case是不是不应该被
forward去NVC,是不是被搞错了，如果下个月我要file I485的话，我应该怎么做？ | c**2

choose to do AOS but not CP, just file I-485 when your PD is before the "
filing visa application date" | j*****g
