immigrant petition for alien worker with Alien of Extraordinary Ability, Sec
. 203 (b) (1) (A) (I-797 approval notice attached).
My current status is exchange scholar (J-1). My status for last entry into
U.S. was student (F-1). I will hold a temporary worker status (H1B) starting
in June 2015. I transferred my status from F-1 to J-1 in February 2014 (I-
797 approval notice and DS-2019 form attached). I got the approval of I612
application to waive foreign residence requirement in November 2014. No
Objection Statement about J-1 waiver and the I-797 approval notice has been
attached. My approval notice (I-797) for H1B application starting in June
2015 has also been attached.
