Service Request following the procedures posted here before (see below),
but sounds it did not work. Anybody called recently? please let me know how
to talk to a person.
1. Call 1-800-375-5283 (Yes)
2. Press 1 for English (Yes)
3. Press 2 for pending case (2 did not work, i press 1 for "pending case
status")
4. Press 1 for checking status of pending case (Yes)
5. Input case # (WAC, LIN, SRC, etc) (Yes)
6. Press 1 for confirmation (Yes)
7. Press 3 to continue (report a problem) (You can only choose 1 or 2, No 3
option)
