我试图传真到Vermont Service Center to expedite my OPT. But the fax no. doesn't work.
Then I mailed the letter which explains the emergency to expedite my OPT with my potential employer's letter. I mailed it on Monday with a first class stamp and received an E-mail on Friday which said my OPT card was ordered.
So as long as you have enough evidence and reasons to expedite the application. Mailing all those documents and letter is an alternative way to expedite the process.
