Could anyone be so generous to provide me some advice on re-linking I-485
application? Below is my
situation:
1. NIW 140 RD: 04/18/07, AD: 12/07/2007. TSC
2. Concurrently filed EB-1B 140 and 485. RD for both is 04/30/2007. 140
RFE on 12/08/2007. TSC
I am now thinking of withdrawing EB-1B 140, and attaching the 485
application that was filed with EB-1B
140 to NIW 140 which has been approved. Has anyone had experience on this?
Is there any risk? What is
the procedure? I welcome and apprecia
