我去年毕业，文科专业，现在一个学校教书。有一篇一作文章，３个引用。俩篇三作没
有引用。俩篇会议论文，一篇一作３个引用，一篇二作，４个引用。
我硕士和本科是另一个专业，和现在有点联系，都是关于农业。１０多年前在中国有１
５篇灌水文章，引用１５０。
没有review
学校的律师说去年才毕业，文章也不行，最好EB２。家里人等绿卡找工作。大家说能试
EB１B吗？如果没希望就老实等EB２. 我想是俩个都上。学校只负担一个的钱，我自己
出其中一个的。也不知道学校律师会不会同意俩个都上。
学校的律师回信
The EB-1 category is so difficult. I can see you have good promise but you
are very young in your career. The USCIS will push that to us as their
first objection that you just graduated last year. The 150 citations is
excellent. They will likely say we need to show more international acclaim
outside of China.
They will also say the amount of original research is good but not
extraordinary. We need to be able to show either a vast amount of
articles or some amazing discovery that leads to the large number of
citations you have but world wide. I would also like to see you have
review work. Either on editorial boards or review journal work.
I do think you have a solid EB-2 case – but it takes a long time.
