My PhD is from China in organic chemistry.
I did postdoc for 3 years in US,
6 papers (no first author, because my boss is the first one, I think I can
explain to immigration officer) the total citation is around 40.
one patent,
Now, I am working for a small biotech lab as research scientist.
I am trying to apply EB-1B, but it is hard to get approved based on my weak
background. so I switch to NIW. because my H1B 6 year will be expire in Oct.
2013, I need to get 140 approved by NIW or EB-1B by that time, then I can
extend H1B again.
