5. Copy of your degree (and transcript if available); if you have a
foreign degree, you will need credentials evaluation to establish it is
equivalent to an American degree (if unavailable, the attorney can usually
request one)
10. If dependent family members are in the U.S., copies of the
dependents’ I-94 cards (front and back) and visas, entry stamp in their
passport(s), marriage and birth certificates, copy of I-797 if change of
status was filed;
对于第5项，我有国内的博士研究生毕业证和博士学位证，但都是中文，是否需要翻译
并公证？这些在哪
里办？
第10项，我和老婆刚在美国生的儿子是不是也算dependent？还是说不用管他的事情，
因为他是美国
人？另外那个I-797就是J1 waiver之后才拿到的吧？
