款机 in Changsha with my local credit union ATM card.
There are many such facilities in China nowadays, don't worry.

发帖数: 632 | 3 As far as I know, all big banks charge fees for using other banks' ATMs. BOA
is no exception. It will also charge transaction fee (1% or more) if you
withdraw money in currencies other than USD. Normally credit unionos do not
charge fees. |

website recently, still no fee in this case. |
