subleasing my cozy studio in a luxury building in Midtown West (650 W 42nd
St, the River Place building). Here is the building website, you can find

My lease will end in July 31, 2017. You can choose to renew or end your
lease. My apartment will be available on Dec. 1, 2016, but this is
negotiable. The River Place building is a no broker fee rental building, so
you will sign the lease with the rental office. Qualified applicants must
demonstrate an annual income of at least 40x the monthly rent ($2,600). US
based Guarantors must demonstrate 80x the monthly rent. They accept one
guarantor per apartment.
My apartment is the same as Residence 22 in the following link. Since I've
been living in the building for years, my rent is much cheaper than the
market price ($2,890), so this is a great deal.

Regarding furniture, I can sell them as a whole package if you want.
Here is what I love about this building:
1. Free shuttle bus runs along 42nd Street in the morning and evening
2. A real swimming pool and tennis court in the building
3. Super responsive and nice doorman and management people |
