Other utility is due to tenant, that'll be internet, TV, electricity (I use
comcast, you have comcast or other choices, cost varies), my electricity
bill usually costs $40 around.
Pet or smoke free family.
1 year lease minimum. After that, year by year auto renew. 1 year later,
tenant has option to end the lease if 1 month notice given in advance.
