- Move in date is as soon as March 20, 2016. We can discuss this if needed.
- The bedroom is 160 sq ft with large closet. Your bathroom is shared. Your
neighbours, the current tenant and the hosts, are all working professionals.
We are clean and respectful, so we hope you are clean too.
- We provide all appliances, including microwave, electric range, oven,
refrigerator, washer/dryer. If you want to cook, you are welcome to use our
utensils, but please keep them clean after use. We hope you don't cook on a
every day basis, but 3-4 days of cooking per week is fine.
- Monthly rent is $1300 including all utilities (electricity, water, sew,
trash, Wifi, and TV).
- Security deposit is $1300, due when signing the contract. Security deposit
is not last month rent, and will be returned in full given no major damage
of the premise.
- The house is in walking distance to Ponderosa park and Ponderosa
Elementary school in Sunnyvale, 94086.
- Near highways 237, 101, 85, 280, Lawrence Caltrain station, El Camino Real.
- Nearby high techs including Apple, Google, Linkedin, NetApp, NVIDIA,
Microsoft, Symantec, Yahoo, etc.
- Five minutes drive to 24 Hour Fitness, Costco, Safeway, Trader Joe's, and
etc.

- Six months lease is preferred. Short term rent is negotiable, but a
