1. 前后小院，独立driver way，地下室，都有，客卧和客厅
都有独立卫生间。
2，砖墙结构，隔热隔音保温好，暖气空调省，national grid的环保月报一直是
邻居一带top的。
3，全家电，洗衣机是大容量高Rating的Samsung，新。中央空调，神器二代抽油烟机，
气燃炉。
4，后院有小木屋，可以存放杂物。
5，非常好处的邻居！
周边：
1，对面就是“朱妈厨房”，不会做的菜，鱼，肉啊的过去给个5块加工费或者"刷
脸"免费搞定,老板老nice啦~
2，走路能到的地方：BAZA超市，TJ MAX，Marshall, CVS, Bank Of America，以及
Needham st上面那些星星点点的小店……这个季节嘛，推荐D'Angelo或者Panero的龙虾
三明治！
3，上I-95，9号路就是拐弯的功夫，离Eliot地铁站15-20步行。
4，Knowledge Beginnings幼儿园15分钟走路，coountryside小学开车10分钟，附近有
两个步行能到的playground，去后面河里租船划船也很方便，周末跑步耗娃不用担心
