the 1th day of each and every month during said term.
The rental sum of $2000.00 has been received by Owner for the
period of September 1, 2014 to September 30, 2014.
谈好是2千一月，只是不看懂合同这个$ 24，000.00 each installment due是啥意思，
这个不是1年的么？还是每个月24，000。问了owner，当然回答1年，可是还是不放心，
马上要签合同，故此请教。
