(dates flexible). Superb location: close to the Charles River/Esplanade,
Boston Common, downtown, MGH, Whole Foods and Back Bay, Red Line (Charles/
MGH) or Green Line (Park Street). On the 3rd floor in a 5th-floor-buidling
so plenty of natural light. Hard-wood floor, fully furnished. You will share
the place with me (female professional in late 20s) very briefly (depending
on your move in/out dates, ten days in total I guess and more likely less
than that).
I'm looking for a female who is mature, clean, respectful and okay with
living with a cat. The rent is $1200/month, includes electrics, internet and
gas. If you're willing to take care of my cat when I'm away, the rent can
be reduced to $900/month. |
