The studio is located close to PATH station, within walking distance (<10
min). It is on the ground floor of a 5-year old house, in a quite street.
The other side of the street is a church with a day-care facility.
Big window, independent entries, full path room with permit. The studio is
equipped with refrigerator, wardrobe, 2-head oven, baker, and micro-wave
oven. Central A.C. is provided in winter and summer. Laundry in house,
wireless internet in house.
Monthly rental fee $680, covering everything except that the tenant need to
pay their own electric bills. The term will be at least 6 months, and longer
time is preferred.
No oil cooking in the studio. The studio is available now.
