I am looking for a roommate to share a 2bdm apartment with one other guy in
the Financial District area starting early April . This is a 750 sq feet
luxury apartment, the building itself has, gym,rooftop and door man to take
of your packages.
I prefer you to take over the lease which ends in Oct 15th, if you are a
nice person genuinely wants to take the place but can't get pre-approval
from the rental office for the lease, you can sublet from me but you must be
able to stay at least until Oct 15th and pay your share of rents on time.
Abt the roommate: 30ish male. He's a IT consultant always not around. Very
quiet when he is around and respectful, so please no partiers, keeps the
kitchen and bathroom clean(even though he rarely uses the kitchen).
