We are looking for a housemate to share a 4 bed 4 bathroom 2005
year townhouse with a double garage. This is a newly remodeled 3 stories
house in a quite and safe neighborhood, right next to Target and light rail
station.
We are one young Chinese female and one male professionals looking for a
clean and responsible tenant who can clean after herself. We prefer students
or young professionals.

- full kitchen and common area privileges
- washer and dryer
- shared PG & E, water and internet with all the tenants
- deposit $750
- available on 10/15
- 12 months lease for $750 per month (6 months lease at $800 per month)
