我在发了出租帖后，收到了一个骗子邮件，请大家千万小心．这个骗子真愚蠢，并不高
明．骗子邮件内容如下：

800) And Promise To Be Loyal To You As A Neighbor.I Will Like To Inform You
That I Will Be Coming As Soon As The Room Will Be Available. I Have To
Inform You That My Company Will Be Responsible For The Payment Of The
Apartment/Room. And The Payment Is Going To Be Issue Out In Excess On Money
Order Or Check On Your Name Or Any One Of Your Choice. Here, I Will Like To
Trust You On The Excess On It,Cos That Will Be Use For My Flight(Ticket)And
Travel Allowances/BTA To The New House And Other Out Station Allowances.And
As Soon As You Get The Payment, Deduct Your Money And Send The Remainder To
My Travel Manager For My Flight Ticket To Your Country And The New House.
If You Agree On This Get Back To Me Asap With Your

google一下这个邮箱就会发现这个骗子是到处骗的。我也收到了这个邮件。
一开始发的是这样的：
Hi, I want to make inquiry if you still want to rent or share your room asap
, Please do get back to me with the monthly rent and utilities and will love
to rent it as soon as it is available...Thanks Yun.
我回复了：
如果你看得懂中文，这是最好的。如果看不懂，自己去翻译。我知道你是骗子，你已经
臭名昭著了。如果你继续发信给我，我会直接打电话报警。
然后他又回复：
What is the rent?
大家提高警惕 骗子应该是华裔 自己人还骗自己人

怪吗？网上有这样的报道，都是骗子．另外看他邮件第一个英文字母都是大写，也很不
正常啊．不用怕，他可能会寄给你一张假的支票或money order,你不要理他就是了．这
样他也得逞不了．一旦你去银行存了假支票再把多余的钱退给他，那你的钱就被骗走了
．因为他的支票是假的，存进银行的时候不会马上发现，银行会有几天的process时间
，等银行发现了之后会拒掉这张支票，可是你的支票可是真的，他一旦收到就会立刻把
你的钱取走．千万不要再给他提供任何更多信息了．保护好自己．可恶的骗子！

此处揭露一个骗子。在图桑作案很多起案件。
多人被骗取千元
希望大家小心谨慎
在你发布租赁信息后他会给你邮箱发邮件
他只有固定邮箱l******[email protected]
大家可以GOOGLE一下这个邮箱号哈
臭名昭著哈 案例太多了
他会接受你的任何价位和条件
然后提出要求会寄你张大支票（面额远超出你的要求）要求你帮他保存
过段时间会说自己遇到急事然后要求你扣除你自己要的部分
把剩下的寄给他
其实他寄给你的是假支票或者是money order
你存入银行后 银行在存钱的时候是不会检验支票和Money order的
所以钱会打到你卡上
让后你之后照他所说的寄钱给他
银行对支票和Money order的检验是一个月一次
一般是月底 这时候银行会发现你的所存入的是假的money order或者支票
因此会扣除你卡里的一部分 还会因为你涉嫌使用价票处以一定罚金
但是你寄回给他可是千真万确的钱钱啊
伎俩不高明 但是当局者都会因为不清楚银行的检验真假的时间而掉入陷阱
劝以后的大家小心点
