st. and Putnam Ave. in Cambridge. It is close to Harvard, MIT, MGH, and BU.
It is 8 minutes walk to a red line T station(Central Square) and is on the
70/70A/64/47 bus lines.
The parking space belongs to me. It is inside a townhouse complex and away
from busy roads. It is uncovered and on the paved brick area in front of my
house that I own.
Asking rent (negotiable): $70 a month or $20 a week. You should have up-to-
date car insurance, car registration, and driver's license.
