Symphony area; budget each person around $1000 . Has to be:
1 Clean, such no left dishes at sink;
2 Not loud, such no often party or after 11 at weekday or 12 at Fri/Sat.
3 Thoughtful to each other.
About us, one Berklee student(me) one Boston Architecture student, both male
. I sing and play guitar at home but in certain volume, and no longer after
11. Another listen death metal and chinese comic but also not noise for me
as well. We both r clean and organized people, hope can meet similar easy
