A nice room in a 2 bed room bright house. Month by month lease. Available at
the end of Feb 2012.
It is best for people without too much his own furniture, easy move in and
out.
It is located near Victoria-Harbor, Costa Mesa, CA. Next to a small park,
one block away to shopping center: Macdonald, Panda, Albersons, K-mart,
TJMax, Big 5, Rite Aid, banks, Home depo, 99 cent store, gas stations.
It is 6 miles from UCI, and 3 miles to beach. 1 mile to tennis court, half
mile to golf course.
The room is 10' * 11', with basic furniture in the room: bed, nice table,
chair, lamp, drawer. Cable TV, WIFI enabled printer in sitting room.
Small yard. You can park on drive way. (I park in garage which is NOT
blocked by drive way. If you want garage, u pay extra $35/m).
I am a quiet, clean, easy going, respectful, reasonable professional guy
work in a high tech company. I am in my 30s. I do have a boy son come over
one evening per week plus half weekends
I am looking for ONE GUY who is easy going, neat, respectful, quiet and
clean, light cook, who does not leave dishes in sink, good credit history (
required by landlord), Have few guests come over once a while is OK, but no
party.
Sorry, no smoking, no drugs, no pets, no drunker, and no drama. No swear,or
dirty words. I have minor child visit me.
Rent is $585. Rent is including all utilities, cable, internet. $250 deposit
. Can be even lower if you are nice guy with good credit. $25 credit check
required by landlord, but I can pay you back.
