One Large spacious comfortable bedroom On 11 Hammond Street, $450, not
included utilities sublet in winter from 20 Dec to 21 Jan, when I went home
in winter. The roommate is a female student. With internet, parking lot
micorwave, fridge, and more, with a large living room, and balcony. Photos
attached. It is close to Hannaford, 30 seconds to bus station to catch 553,
70 bus, and 10 minutes walk to Train station. No smoking, No pets! Good
living habits!
