I have a room to sublet available from February (flexible move in date). It
is the larger room in a two-bedroom apartment located in University Village
http://www.universityvillage.com/. Share kitchen and bathroom with a very easy-going Chinese female visiting scholar. If you're interested, please drop me an email or message.
1. The rent is 335(rent) + 56(utility, gas and water included)!! (negotiable
for the first month)
3. Second floor (clean room & quiet neighborhood), 2 windows in the room,
newly replaced carpet, kitchen and bathroom
4. Convenient transportation to campus (free UV shuttle, 1 mins to cota No.7
and No.18)
5. Convenient shopping and dining: Kroger, Biglots, a few restaurants around.
