A studio-like apartment for rent on 49th street near Blvd East in
Weehawken,NJ. You have your own complete privacy: seperate entrance,
living room, bathroom and sitting room. Your living room has perfect
sunlight and bay window, en suite bathroom. The only thing you need to
share with me is the kitchen. The apartment was converted into two
seperate spaces this summer and the walls in your place are all being
freshly painted and will be done by the end of this month.
You have to be very clean, very quiet and have a decent job (employment
letter is needed) and are willing to stay at least 6 months or more. No
smoke, no pet, no party, no couple. This is not for temporary rent.
I have been living in this second-floor apartment for two years and the
landlorad is very friendly and lives on the first floor. I am a 27 year
