Great apartment for a couple or a single person that wants more space
Spacious 1 bedroom with bay window, large kitchen, living room
and large newly renovated bathroom
Wood floors
Backyard
Forced hot water baseboard heat (healthier than forced air)
Public transport: 9 min. walk to Blueline T, 2 stops from downtown Boston
For drivers, Sumner & Callahan tunnels are only 40¢ for East Boston
residents
No smoking indoors
Sorry, no dogs
Utilities paid by tenant
First and last months rent plus $600 security. (No finders fee)
Rent: $1200/month
