Spacious one bedroom with full bath, separate entrance and separate floor,
opens up to our nice deck & garden. Free wifi,cable TV (LCD TV) and parking,
fully furnished with fridge, microwave, computer desk, coffee table...
Sleeps up to four(can add another full-size bed). Fresh sheets and towels. $
50/night for one person, $60/night for 2, $75 for 3-4 people.(Rates not
negotiable for stays under one week) No babies please (well-behaved kids are
okay). Much nicer experience than hotels - no disturbance from other guests
(only one guest room), fresh air, access to private yard, no tax & tips,
would not mind tips though. :)
Upscale and very safe neighborhood, lots of million-dollar homes nearby. D6/
D5 bus stop is right across the street, and takes about 10 minutes to
Georgetown University and 28 minutes to White House. M4 bus takes you to
Tenleytown American University Metro Station in 10 minutes. Our home is
about 2 miles to the zoo and 3.7 miles to China Embassy. NIH is also pretty
close. Public transportation available from DCA airport to our home and
takes under an hour. Many nice restaurants in walking distance, including a
nice Chinese restaurant and an affordable Chinese carry out place. A
convenient store is next door, where you can get breakfast, lunch & snacks.
Alan Greenspan has a home just a few blocks away.

For reservation, please send an electronic copy of your ID to bighb@hotmail.
com. Cash payment is due in full at check in to exchange for keys (
Prepayment not needed). There will be an additional $5 cleaning charge if
you stay for only one night. Printing, fax, and laundry services available
with a fee. Receipts available if needed. Home-made dinner is $10/person (
includes tuna pasta, salad, and a glass of wine, as one example). Ask for
availability if interested.
