A bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment in Seven Springs Village, college Park,
University of Maryland will be available in June.
The Seven Springs Village is regarded as a very safe community. The room for
rent is a mid-sized one with a big closet. You will share the kitchen and
bathroom with two female Chinese graduate students from UMD. Both are nice,
clean and quiet.
The UMD shuttle station (110) is just in front of the building, and plenty
of parking spaces are near the building and free for all of the residents
and visitors.
The rent is $545 per month (including all utilities), and internet charge is
ready for share.
