We have an great apartment in Rock Creek for rent. The rent was $770. We
want someone to take over our lease. Now we are offering ONE Month Free, if
you sign 1 year lease (until May 15th, 2012) and you don't need to pay the
fees.Besides, you will get $75 promotion from the leasing office. So, that
would be $700/month. We are moving out because of personal reasons. It will
be completely cleaned after we moved out. Next year you could renew the
lease and the office will very likely give another promotion for renewing.
