白人中年，续签了一年的合约，其实什么好处也没有，房租还是一样，也没有任何的优
惠。新合同从四月一日开始。在签合同时候，可以选择month by month, 或三个月到一
年的新合同。当时想着这一年应该不会搬家，反正离学校也近，变决定牵了一年的合同。
结果上周发生了很多事情，由于一些私人的原因，我们无法在这住一年了，就和经理谈
要改成month by month 的合同，或三个月的短期合同，经理就翻脸了说，你们已经签
了合同，必须履行，否则要罚款两个月的房租。我们也有半个月的定金在她那。
怎么办，怎么办？其实就是经理刁难，妈的，立麻翻脸不认。有时真想一走了之，最后
一个月的房租我也不付。
有什么办法，我真的在这种情况不能毁房约吗？请支招。万分感想。 |

I dont see how you can terminate legally. you can only do illegally. walk
away from contract.

judgement against you to honor the rest of the lease.
What kind of private reasons you have that you cant keep the lease? I dont
see much of a chance to end the lease to your advantage.
But you cant use "not safe" as excuse. You already lived there and renew the
lease.
