apartment.
It is a bright and cozy room with two windows, furniture
(bed,desk and dresser). We have a pretty large living room to
share. There is laundry room in the building. Rental is including utility
and cable internet.
The location is in Elmhurst, Queens in NYC. 5 minute walk to the 7 Train
station (90 St.). There are supermarkets and restaurants around the area,
very convenient.
No smoker and No Pet!
