thing matters is the lease.
If the lease says htat you are liable to pay penalty if discontinue the
lease before october, then you are subject to penalty.
Whoever wants to break the lease, there is always a good reason they want to
do that. The loss should be on the shoulder of the party who breaks it. | d******t
