I have a very spacious studio apartment in one of the Newport high-rise doorman buildings with great amenities. 5-minute walk to Newport/Pavonia Path Station and Newport Centre Mall, 10-minute ride to World Trade Center, 15-minute to 33rd street Manhattan. The apartment has basic furniture: full-size mattress, dinning table, chairs, desk and lamps, etc. Rent is $1510 per month, gas and hot water included.
