about 100sqf, u could choose whether to be furnished or not, living with two
female working professionals, we share kitchen.
The living room is huge with furniture and balcony
it's two mins walking to subway station (7 train, 52nd street), but u will
not hear the subway noise, it would take 20 mins to get to mid-town.
There is a Chinese supermarket a few blocks away, and rite aid and laundry
place on the same street
