a two-family house, very spacious, about 1100 sqft with washing machine
in the basement. Free parking on the street. You will share the living
room, dinning room and kitchen with a male Chinese professional. The
rent will be $550, plus half of the utilities which include
electricity, gas, internet/cable, and heating. The moving in date is
flexible, however, the best time will be after Dec 1st. Prefer Chinese
