Because of my moving out of Chicago, I have to sublet my studio besides Lake
Michigan. This is an extremely beautiful community, especially in the
summer, and people are nice. There's a sand beach besides the apartment(We
had a lot of fun there). IIT is just 2 blocks away. The studio is quiet with
a spacious balcony. It is close to all transportations, CTA bus, train,
freeway, etc. FREE PARKING LOT!
The rent includes all untilities except electricity. The studio will be
