The overall rent including water, internet and furnitures are about 276$ per
month.
we share electricity fees and normally it's 10$ a month.
Necessary furniture and fercilities are already provided.
The leaseholder is a very sober and easygoing girl, though would smoke
occasionally...If you are a perspective UI student or gonna live in Iowa
City for a while, HD would be a best choice to settle down.
