The room is furnished with a twin bed, desk/chair, bookshelf, closet, mirror
, and even your own TV.
Close to subway 7 (worst case is about 10 minutes' work, usually you can
take the bus next to the building).
Share kitchen/bathroom with landlord and another female student.
Landlord works for night shift, so usually it's only you and the other girl
in the apartment during evenings. Landlord's wife only come back home on
