I have one nice room in a 2-br apt. available from Aug. 7 to Sep. 5th.
The house is quite spacious and clean.
And the neighborhood is very safe too.
D, N trains are about 8 mins walk.
CVS, Ctown, Starbuck, McDonald, CitiBank, Chinese supermarket...all around.
High speed internet available.
The rent is $450 including everything.
Day based rent is ok. But at least two weeks. It's $16 per day.
You have to share the room with a chinese professional. And he won't be in
