move out and need someone to finish the last two months on the lease--the
apartment is available from July 1st (or Aug 1st if you prefer) to August
31st. Heat and hot water is included. You would share Share kitchen and
bathroom with other Chinese students.
The rent in lease is $575, while I can offer you $500/month.
The apartment is on 48 Brighton Ave, RIGHT NEXT TO Super 88 suppermarket,
