will get a small room and share bath room with my roommate. I am my roommate
both work in finance, busy schedule. We are looking for somebody similar,
or a student. We are both 20-30 years old male. Rent is $700/month, deposit
is $1400.No pet, no smoker,no couple.
Shopping center is just next to the building. 10 mins to wall street, and 15
mins to 33rd street. Path is 3 blocks away.
