in Time Square. It’s a 24/7 doorman, elevator building. Laundry in
basement. It’s close to all subways, restaurants, supermarkets, University
of Columbia, NYU, Central Park, Macy’s, Penn Station, Port Authority,
Rockefeller Center, etc. All in walking distance. Very convenient and safe.
