I am in Hong Kong.
2009 CFA level III lecture notes by CFA institute, new, never used, free to
go.
Though you will have 2010 notes if you are going to take the exam next year,
it doesn't hurt to have 2009 version as a reference. All you need to do is
to come over and pick them up!
