食王國，成為香港蒲點。但市場競爭愈來愈大，必須不斷有新元素吸引遊人不斷湧至，
盛智文決定要蘭桂坊升級，將蘭桂坊兩幢大廈合併重建，打造超高樓底餐廳大廈，「改
建能夠增加空間，更易吸引國際品牌餐飲進駐」。會是米芝蓮星級餐廳嗎？他點頭承認
﹕這是目標之一。
兩舊廈合併 參考紐約東京設計
這次變身的目標，是盛智文持有的德己立街30至32號加州大廈及34至36號加樂大廈，預
計由現時每幢16層，改建成24層（連1層地庫）高商廈，屋宇署去年底已批出有關圖則
。他說，兩幢大廈當年未用盡地積比，當兩大廈合併後，樓宇高度可再提升。
盛智文早前先後到紐約、東京等大都會參考當地建築，每處借一點靈感回來，希望設計
出獨特的商廈。設計中的新商廈高逾20層，記者問他，這樣做會否令空間感大減？他說
﹕「（新商廈）每層樓底4.5米高，設計傾向簡約，窗戶全是落地大玻璃，升降電梯、
地庫也是透明，從街外可直接看到裏面情，室內亦會有環保牆磚、植物。」
餐廳品味商舖各佔12層

many threads. Is that a really bad place for you to live? Are you living in
HKG now? or Did you live in Hong Kong before? or Are you going to live in
Hong Kong soon? Mind to tell us what makes you dislike HKG?

know that how come you hate LKF and/or HKG so much. That was my point.

thousands of people are from mainland. For sure it's not him.
