St. Louis Blues 7, Boston Bruins 2
WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) - Justin Papineau scored five goals as the St. Louis
Blues opened the exhibition season with a 7-2 victory over the Boston Bruins
on Thursday night.
Papineau spent last season with the Worcester Icecats, tying for the American
Hockey League lead with 38 goals.
Keith Tkachuk added a goal and assist for the Blues, and Eric Nickulas also
scored. Brian Rolston and Michael Grosek scored for Boston. |
