1. HuiMian normally is cooked with lamb soup, while LaMian cooked with beef
soup
2. Both are dragged, but HuiMian is like 10 times wider/thicker than Lamian.
BOTH ARE GOOD.

It's fine with me on july 7th or 8th. I will have some time to practise it.
Let's see who and how many are coming, then we decide at either mine or
hippohippo's place, the most convenient one. I am at 10 miles west of loop. |

weekends, I don't know which one yet.
It's better to check with Hippohippo to see she is available or not, at
least we have a backup in case that I am not available. |
