I struggled, I failed many times and I picked myself up from the dust many
times.
I want a peaceful mind eventually.
Just live a normal life is good if only I can permit myself to.
Now I'm having a free mind that I can do anything I want to.
I make a wish: Live a normal and happy life together with people I love and
together with the people that love me. |

heart too deeply and I went crazy for this unrealistic image in my mind.
Now I let it go.
Congrats me if you saw I was struggling with myself all the time.
Nobody can wake me up unless I permit myself to wake up from the dream.

exist. When I'm in it, I feel so sad that nobody understands me, believes me
or agrees with me.
I waited for the day that I can finally let it go, finally feel it's
unimportant if the story is true or not. Finally behave like everyone else.
Call it normal. Yes, I want to be normal.
It's hard for me to be abnormal and it's as well hard for me to be just
normal.
I only hope I can be normal like my friends and my classmates. Study well,
work well, to get better everyday. To be useful and meaningful. |

It's hard for me to be as normal and healthy as everyone else, but I will
try my best.

interest that people naturally have.
I sleep a lot because I lost my interest in doing things. I want to do
nothing but laying down and feel sad.
This is what I will work hard on. I will force myself to get up and watch TV
or read books, walk to jog or do other sports. I hope my interests can come
back to me.
I'm struggling.
And I'm not alone.
Some of my friend with similar mental health issues also don't have interest
in ding anything. I'm even better than them. I can still study and work.
And I can still chat with friends. Only I don't want to watch TV.
So, now, what I need to do is to watch TV in my spare time. Or to read books
. Just let a natural me come back to the world.
I am still young. There are decades ahead of me.
I can't let me sleep all the time.
Struggle a little bit harder. It's easy for people to watch TV, but it's
hard for me.
I will start from trying to watch TV as my first step towards a better self. |
