其实稍微多喝一点就对大脑很depressing的，这个有科学根据的。所以说，戒酒是很好

哦，对了，注意保护自己，吃一点NSAID的药物，要比赛之前吃，可以保护你的大脑。:

现在有研究，high incident of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's
disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis etc. among professional football players. freaking scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
还是当观众最好。
