夸张的1045中碳钢和1095高碳钢折叠锻打至 32768层（>30000）,粘土烧刃法，有真正
刀纹，刚柔相济。
日本为了保住武士冶刀行业，法律禁止用现代钢才锻打日本武士刀，只能用古法炼刀（
日本玉钢，玉钢性能并不超过今天的1095高碳钢），价钱一般都是RMB 5-6位数。
日本古代名刀有多厉害？下面是硬度
（肖氏硬度，数据源 http://ohmura-study.net/225.html）
村正二代就是72硬度。上面的日文翻译过来就是肖氏硬度（HS），72肖氏硬度换算成
HRC也就是54而已，仅仅达到现代工业行业标准及格线而已。其中最优秀的81硬度以及
最优秀的平均硬度68，换算成HRC也不过就是 HRC60 和 HRC51。
HRC HS对照表
土鳖国没什么保护，允许用现代钢材做刀。但是土鳖国又有管制法律，刀具不许开刃。
一不开刃，好多工序都省了，就一样子货。当然了，质量不差，产能高，龙泉剑厂都给
日本低端品牌代工，日本亲和（Shinwa）牌量产日本武士刀都是特么龙泉剑厂代工的。
item# 183137386935 这把刀是我见过用现代钢才锻打的最好的，性能不差。至少比历
史上的所有村正二代都好了，就是刀的装饰吐了点。
如果不喜欢折叠花纹钢（假冒大马士革钢），更现代一点的钢材纯1095或者T10，粘土
烧刃法，也很好。

师傅都是戴个眼镜的。。。
放到古代，这些特么肯定是宝刀。不过，这是现代投机取巧的刀剑，价钱放在那--土鳖
国没日本人那么死板。
土鳖最近好像有一种样子工艺，叫什么Dark 或者 Red 大马士革，其实也是折叠锻打花
纹钢。红色，就是把打好的花纹钢刀用磷酸盐化学处理，刀里的Mn元素参加化学反应后
，就是红色花纹。这个虽然防锈，但是会降低一丁点的机械性能。
亲和（Shinwa）牌量产日本武士刀最爱搞这个，1060钢折叠1000+或者2000+层，磷酸盐
化学处理发红。（亲和Shinwa武士刀，TrueSwords.com Amazon.com BudK.com 上满大
街，youtube上一堆拿Shinwa Sword砍东西的视频。）
要是有时间和精力，我自己倒是很想自己用瑞粉和轴承钢珠为主材料，锻打一柄现代意
义上的大马士革钢刀。
龙泉古法折叠锻打是因为古时钢材质量不济，百炼可以保证钢材性能一致性。现在现代
钢材性能一致性早就有保证了，再折叠锻打并不能提高性能，1000层、2000层、3万层
，差别不大，只是好看。
要想性能好，就得用更好的材料——粉末钢或者现代的一些工业用钢。

用的材料很好，德国的1.2842钢和1.2767钢，焊接锻打了16*3*3*3=432层。
德国1.2842钢 淬透性好，淬火时变形小，淬火硬度可以达到HRC63，比1095钢贵5-10倍。
1.2767钢 耐磨性好，高韧性（比1045还好），高抗压强度，尺寸稳定性优良，耐腐蚀
性效果特佳
总之，比中国锻刀的1095、1045钢NB得多（原材料价格也贵得多，1095/T10淬火硬度
HRC57-60，淬火形变较大）

上来的也就是价钱，性能并没有。
现代钢性能的关键就是热处理工艺。1055钢才热处理成冷钢88系列的，基本都秒杀古代
日本武士刀。
不过折叠钢还有一个好处，锋刃保持性比较好，不用天天磨刀。可是国内刀剑不让开刃
啊，不开刃，就不会用心热处理和研磨，也就成样子货了。
日本法律虽然不允许用现代钢做武士刀，但是是允许做菜刀（日本叫包丁，包丁解牛的
包丁）的。
好多日本包丁都是花纹钢锻打的。

ebay上卖的便宜日本刀基本都是国产的，早十年周正武还没那么出名的时候还能500块
买到他的刀剑。
如果是拿来砍树枝玩，那冷钢的或者T10钢造的都可以。

总的说来还是好的多，也不乏缺点。现代1060钢材玩花样搞出来的东西，日本廉价品牌
+中国代工生产，外观超级好看，我就对那款 座头市直刃（杖刀）动过心，一直都想搞
一款防身。不过一直缺货，ebay上有货价格又不好。。。
说起来，现在龙泉很多厂子都在给人代工。这些东西真正的性能还得靠热处理。就是不
知道热处理是日本做的还是继续交给龙泉做。
上面推荐中还有一款非Shinwa品牌的，不知名牌子，也是中国代工的。土鳖折叠花纹钢
，水很深，用什么材料往往不知道，注明了具体材料的还算是有良心的。一般都是注明
高碳钢，高碳钢的哪一种不说。有些是 1060折叠锻打，有些是1060+T8工具钢，还有
1060+1095，1045+1095，1045+T8，能处理发红的肯定含有锰。我很稀饭那个德国1.
2842+1.2767的组合，感觉就是 1095+1045的增强版。花纹钢，折叠锻打，肯定是要刚
柔相济，同时有点美观。用性能接近的两种钢，完全是图好看去了，这种在节目《锻刀
大赛》中肯定被淘汰。 |

发帖数: 4847 | 8 一直以为DTYES是个新开的作坊，狗了一下，发现是一个公司。
有自己的网上店面（https://dtyes-factory.aliexpress.com/store/2945115）。老板
似乎很想做大的。这是闲话。
注意到今天，DTYES的ebay店卖了好几把刀。
对比他家列的items和一些参数，发现很有意思。
第一，1095/T10的武士刀，最低的硬度是HRC48，不知道淬火没淬火。剑身发红（用磷
酸盐泡过）的那款T10的武士刀硬度也是HRC48。有一款T10双刃剑，硬度也是HRC48, 锋
利度堪比刀片，Sharp, Can Cut Bamboo,Paper,Grass Matting。HRC48，相当于HS 65
，基本上就是古代日本名刀的平均水准（一楼有表）。。最高的是HRC54 （HS 72），
估计淬火过，硬度达到了古代村正顶级刀的水准。
第二，覆土烧刃还是很有效很NB的。覆土烧刃过的T10的武士刀，硬度达到了HRC58，秒
了古代村正全家。既然是覆土烧刃，肯定是考虑了刀的韧性。T10钢材是可以淬火到
HRC60的，为什么普通的（不覆土烧刃）不淬火到HRC58呢？肯定是到了HRC58，刀容易
断。一砍树刀就断了，岂不扫兴？
第三，折叠钢不覆土烧刃，淬火硬度是HRC56，看起来1045 + 1095很是很有效的。覆土
烧刃提高两个HRC，到HRC58. 还有折叠3万层和折叠1千层，性能没区别。
//最后，补几句废话，锋利不锋利与硬度没有特别明显的关系，始皇兵马俑中出土的锋
利的青铜剑，经科研人员检测，硬度是数据是106HRB，约296HV（28.5HRC）。估计越王
勾践剑硬度也不会超过HRC40。不要迷信古代刀剑的神话。现代钢材刀剑性能主要在于
热处理和研磨。一把超市买的斩骨刀，前砍越王勾践剑，后削妖刀村正，不是吹牛。超
过HRC60的硬度易断，不一定是好刀剑。HRC50以上的刀剑，斩铁还是可以的（现在建筑
用螺纹钢筋的硬度，大约是HRC20）。 |

夸张的1045中碳钢和1095高碳钢折叠锻打至 32768层（>30000）,粘土烧刃法，有真正
刀纹，刚柔相济。
日本为了保住武士冶刀行业，法律禁止用现代钢才锻打日本武士刀，只能用古法炼刀（
日本玉钢，玉钢性能并不超过今天的1095高碳钢），价钱一般都是RMB 5-6位数。
日本古代名刀有多厉害？下面是硬度
（肖氏硬度，数据源 http://ohmura-study.net/225.html）
村正二代就是72硬度。上面的日文翻译过来就是肖氏硬度（HS），72肖氏硬度换算成
HRC也就是54而已，仅仅达到现代工业行业标准及格线而已。其中最优秀的81硬度以及
最优秀的平均硬度68，换算成HRC也不过就是 HRC60 和 HRC51。
HRC HS对照表
土鳖国没什么保护，允许用现代钢材做刀。但是土鳖国又有管制法律，刀具不许开刃。
一不开刃，好多工序都省了，就一样子货。当然了，质量不差，产能高，龙泉剑厂都给
日本低端品牌代工，日本亲和（Shinwa）牌量产日本武士刀都是特么龙泉剑厂代工的。
item# 183137386935 这把刀是我见过用现代钢才锻打的最好的，性能不差。至少比历
史上的所有村正二代都好了，就是刀的装饰吐了点。
如果不喜欢折叠花纹钢（假冒大马士革钢），更现代一点的钢材纯1095或者T10，粘土
烧刃法，也很好。
183183544129、183137327582 （医院item号）好像是龙泉新开的smith，专作日本刀，
师傅都是戴个眼镜的。。。
放到古代，这些特么肯定是宝刀。不过，这是现代投机取巧的刀剑，价钱放在那--土鳖
国没日本人那么死板。
土鳖最近好像有一种样子工艺，叫什么Dark 或者 Red 大马士革，其实也是折叠锻打花
纹钢。红色，就是把打好的花纹钢刀用磷酸盐化学处理，刀里的Mn元素参加化学反应后
，就是红色花纹。这个虽然防锈，但是会降低一丁点的机械性能。
亲和（Shinwa）牌量产日本武士刀最爱搞这个，1060钢折叠1000+或者2000+层，磷酸盐
化学处理发红。（亲和Shinwa武士刀，TrueSwords.com Amazon.com BudK.com 上满大
街，youtube上一堆拿Shinwa Sword砍东西的视频。）
要是有时间和精力，我自己倒是很想自己用瑞粉和轴承钢珠为主材料，锻打一柄现代意
义上的大马士革钢刀。
龙泉古法折叠锻打是因为古时钢材质量不济，百炼可以保证钢材性能一致性。现在现代
钢材性能一致性早就有保证了，再折叠锻打并不能提高性能，1000层、2000层、3万层
，差别不大，只是好看。
要想性能好，就得用更好的材料——粉末钢或者现代的一些工业用钢。

用的材料很好，德国的1.2842钢和1.2767钢，焊接锻打了16*3*3*3=432层。
德国1.2842钢 淬透性好，淬火时变形小，淬火硬度可以达到HRC63，比1095钢贵5-10倍。
1.2767钢 耐磨性好，高韧性（比1045还好），高抗压强度，尺寸稳定性优良，耐腐蚀
性效果特佳
总之，比中国锻刀的1095、1045钢NB得多（原材料价格也贵得多，1095/T10淬火硬度
HRC57-60，淬火形变较大）

上来的也就是价钱，性能并没有。
现代钢性能的关键就是热处理工艺。1055钢才热处理成冷钢88系列的，基本都秒杀古代
日本武士刀。
不过折叠钢还有一个好处，锋刃保持性比较好，不用天天磨刀。可是国内刀剑不让开刃
啊，不开刃，就不会用心热处理和研磨，也就成样子货了。
日本法律虽然不允许用现代钢做武士刀，但是是允许做菜刀（日本叫包丁，包丁解牛的
包丁）的。
好多日本包丁都是花纹钢锻打的。

ebay上卖的便宜日本刀基本都是国产的，早十年周正武还没那么出名的时候还能500块
买到他的刀剑。
如果是拿来砍树枝玩，那冷钢的或者T10钢造的都可以。

总的说来还是好的多，也不乏缺点。现代1060钢材玩花样搞出来的东西，日本廉价品牌
+中国代工生产，外观超级好看，我就对那款 座头市直刃（杖刀）动过心，一直都想搞
一款防身。不过一直缺货，ebay上有货价格又不好。。。
说起来，现在龙泉很多厂子都在给人代工。这些东西真正的性能还得靠热处理。就是不
知道热处理是日本做的还是继续交给龙泉做。
上面推荐中还有一款非Shinwa品牌的，不知名牌子，也是中国代工的。土鳖折叠花纹钢
，水很深，用什么材料往往不知道，注明了具体材料的还算是有良心的。一般都是注明
高碳钢，高碳钢的哪一种不说。有些是 1060折叠锻打，有些是1060+T8工具钢，还有
1060+1095，1045+1095，1045+T8，能处理发红的肯定含有锰。我很稀饭那个德国1.
2842+1.2767的组合，感觉就是 1095+1045的增强版。花纹钢，折叠锻打，肯定是要刚
柔相济，同时有点美观。用性能接近的两种钢，完全是图好看去了，这种在节目《锻刀
大赛》中肯定被淘汰。 |

有自己的网上店面（https://dtyes-factory.aliexpress.com/store/2945115）。老板
似乎很想做大的。这是闲话。
注意到今天，DTYES的ebay店卖了好几把刀。
对比他家列的items和一些参数，发现很有意思。
第一，1095/T10的武士刀，最低的硬度是HRC48，不知道淬火没淬火。剑身发红（用磷
酸盐泡过）的那款T10的武士刀硬度也是HRC48。有一款T10双刃剑，硬度也是HRC48, 锋
利度堪比刀片，Sharp, Can Cut Bamboo,Paper,Grass Matting。HRC48，相当于HS 65
，基本上就是古代日本名刀的平均水准（一楼有表）。。最高的是HRC54 （HS 72），
估计淬火过，硬度达到了古代村正顶级刀的水准。
第二，覆土烧刃还是很有效很NB的。覆土烧刃过的T10的武士刀，硬度达到了HRC58，秒
了古代村正全家。既然是覆土烧刃，肯定是考虑了刀的韧性。T10钢材是可以淬火到
HRC60的，为什么普通的（不覆土烧刃）不淬火到HRC58呢？肯定是到了HRC58，刀容易
断。一砍树刀就断了，岂不扫兴？
第三，折叠钢不覆土烧刃，淬火硬度是HRC56，看起来1045 + 1095很是很有效的。覆土
烧刃提高两个HRC，到HRC58. 还有折叠3万层和折叠1千层，性能没区别。
//最后，补几句废话，锋利不锋利与硬度没有特别明显的关系，始皇兵马俑中出土的锋
利的青铜剑，经科研人员检测，硬度是数据是106HRB，约296HV（28.5HRC）。估计越王
勾践剑硬度也不会超过HRC40。不要迷信古代刀剑的神话。现代钢材刀剑性能主要在于
热处理和研磨。一把超市买的斩骨刀，前砍越王勾践剑，后削妖刀村正，不是吹牛。超
过HRC60的硬度易断，不一定是好刀剑。HRC50以上的刀剑，斩铁还是可以的（现在建筑
用螺纹钢筋的硬度，大约是HRC20）。 |

德国的热工艺还是很牛啊，买过德国的马氏体钢刀具，极其好用。
