one is 1.38v, corsair h110(something like that)
the other is delidded, 1.34v with h100i gtx, this guy also reached 4.9GHz at
1.30v vcore.
It should be noted that skylake and intel's 14nm process can stand, and
often requires higher vcore than its 22nm process | w*****7
